I had the opportunity to go with one of my friends Andrea (the Italian guy in the last photo)where he volunteers in a small town outside Cajamarca. he works with an NGO, that is actually run out of the house that we both live in. The families we worked with were wonderful. Once they found out i was from the US, all they did was ask me if i cold some back and teach them english. So, on wednesday, im headed back to give them copies of the pictures, try to teach them English, and take a few more pictures.

journeyman! sports shooter asked me to write an article about taking pics in el salvador/honduras.
i thought maybe i could quote you on something and use it in the article. it's due in like three weeks.
how about this question: how has living overseas changed your perspective on photojournalism?
or, can a freelancer make a living overseas? what's good/bad about it?
i'll only use one or two sentences of what you wrote.
gracias!
so how is it, man?! you still in the peru?!
out.
Hola Kohl, cada vez que cuelgo alguna foto en mi blog, me llegan comentarios sobre ti, muy buenos! ve por miblog, en la Ășltima entrada y observa, te visitan mucho, eso es excelente!
Un abrazo.
Of course I love the photography, and hope you got to share the photos with your subjects. I can't imagine how amazing the experience was.
